Her real name is Alicia Augello Cook, but everyone knows her with the artistic name.

She was born at the 25th January of 1981. She's from New York in the USA. 
She's a singer-songwriter. Her career starts in the 1998. She sing different styles of music: 

• R&B : it's a style that combines the hip-hop, the soul, the pop, the funk        and the rhythm and blues ( the older).

• Neo soul : it's a style that find the soul of the years 70.

• Pop : a comercial music
